In the summer of 2010, the beautiful dark-chestnut elite mare Alaska QQ is bought to Kres Arabians at the age of 16 years.
I had not really thought about buying a new mare, but when it wasn't possible to breed Masha, I began to look for a new mare. I have contacted several large and also smaller studs, breeding Russian lines, and chose Alaska QQ when Cris and Abigail offered me to buy her.
Many thanks to the Arabian Fantasie for the opportunity.
My choice fell on Alaska because Alaska's lines fit perfectly with the stallion choices I could imagine doing, and they are already partly tested - with the amazing offspring she has produced as a result.

Alaska QQ is born in Holland, 1994 at a.m. Quekel place and was later sold to Arabian Fantasie, where Alaska QQ has lived most of her life. She has brought Arabian Fantasie several great multi champion offsprings.

Alaska QQ's father Vatican is bred by Tersk Stud in Russia in 1983 - one of Russia's best racehorse to date and subsequent National res. Champion in the Showring.
Besides his racing career, Vatican has produced splendid ridding horses also with great showresults - Among them are: Mirok Monpelou who became European Champion and German National Champion as also Champion in Switzerland, Italy and USA. Besides being active as a sire in Europe, he has also been in USA as breeding stallion - but is back again with his owner Gestüt Mashallah, Germany. Also to mention: Mirkova, European Champion filly, Pash Vacan multiple international champion, DA Nicosia Aplavtican, Flankarah, Kristana VA, Vladimir They Falgas and Ventican.
Vatican is by Kumir that also has produced both great riding-horses and champions in the showring: Pakistan (out of Panagia) Pesennik (out of Pesnia) Nikel (out of Nutria) Takema and Mukomol.
Nevesta, the mother of the Vatican herself has national champion titles, and she is also the mother of several racing horses - which among others: Naum (by Mukomol), Grand (by Mukomol), Desna (by Kumir) - Vatican's full sister also be mentioned. Nevesta was sold to Qatar at the age of 19 years in 1992 from Tersk where she has been one of their leading broodmares. She has also been tried raced - with great results.
Alaska QQ's mother Antarctika is by the Aswan son; Neapol, who was bred and owned by Tersk. - And out of the Tersk-mare Australia, which was sold to Arabian Fantasie, where she was bought to serve as a broodmare until 2006 when the Arabian Fantasie unfortunately lost her..
